{"id":9229,"date":"2022-05-11T20:55:18","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T18:55:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.martin-fleischer.com\/?p=9229"},"modified":"2022-09-02T12:28:38","modified_gmt":"2022-09-02T10:28:38","slug":"create","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.martin-fleischer.com\/en\/consultancies\/create\/","title":{"rendered":"CREATE"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><em>\u00ab<\/em><strong><em><strong>CREATE<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><em>\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> (<strong><em>C<\/em><\/strong><em>ustomer <\/em><strong><em>RE<\/em><\/strong><em>lationship <\/em><strong><em>A<\/em><\/strong><em>nd <\/em><strong><em>T<\/em><\/strong><em>imespending <\/em><strong><em>E<\/em><\/strong><em>valuation<\/em>), a Web App, was created as a <strong>CRM <\/strong>(<em><strong>C<\/strong>ustomer <strong>R<\/strong>elationship <strong>M<\/strong>anagement<\/em>) tool, which, in addition to territory management, also allows the monitoring of time spent on multiple activities. <strong><em>\u00ab<\/em><strong><em><strong>CREATE<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><em>\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> was originally developed specifically for the medical-scientific management of a pharmaceutical company, with features such as<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>the territorial management of visits (<strong>FTF<\/strong>s) and hospital staff meetings (<strong>HSM<\/strong>s), assisted by GPS<\/li><li>the construction of a single repository of all medical-scientific queries (<strong>MQ<\/strong>s), useful both for the construction of <strong>FAQ<\/strong>s (<strong>F<\/strong>requently <strong>A<\/strong>sked <strong>Q<\/strong>uestions) catalogues and for dealing with audits, including pharmacovigilance audits<\/li><li>the monitoring of the time spent on typical activities of a medical-scientific team, such as reviewing promotional material, training, preparing presentations, etc., to facilitate fact-based decision-making in the allocation of resources and to be able to better estimate the time needed for any project<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u00ab<\/em><strong><em><strong>CREATE<\/strong><\/em><\/strong><em>\u00bb<\/em> was tested for more than two years by a medical\/marketing team. Subsequently, it was equipped with functionalities such as file uploading\/encrypting, EXCEL file management and a large number of activities were added for logging\/monitoring. Given its totally independent page architecture, it is a stable platform for logging, access management and monitoring, and data extraction to which pages can be &#8216;injected&#8217; at will, as was particularly the case for the <em>\u00ab<\/em><strong><em><a href=\"https:\/\/www.martin-fleischer.com\/en\/consultancies\/project-gofar\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">goFAR<\/a><\/em><\/strong><em>\u00bb<\/em> project.
