(Milan) and concerns transparency in the healthcare sector, i.e. the publication on the Internet of all <strong><em>transfers of value<\/em><\/strong> that the healthcare industry makes for the benefit of<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong><em>healthcare professionals<\/em><\/strong> (e.g. doctors, nurses and public and private healthcare administrators) <\/li><li><strong><em>health organisations<\/em><\/strong> (e.g. scientific societies, hospitals and university departments)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The initiative provides services and assistance to companies in the healthcare sector, in particular:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li>auditing of the <strong><em>adequacy of existing procedures<\/em><\/strong> and possible revision<\/li><li><strong><em>computerisation <\/em><\/strong>of management processes (software development)<\/li><li>drafting and publication of the \u00ab<strong><em>transparency report<\/em><\/strong>\u00bb (and methodological note)<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>The <strong><em>\u00abTransparency Project\u00bb<\/em><\/strong> was developing rapidly, especially in view of the entry into force of Italian \u00ab<strong><em><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/documenti.camera.it\/leg18\/pdl\/pdf\/leg.18.pdl.camera.491-B.18PDL0175760.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Sunshine Act<\/a><\/em><\/strong>\u00bb, and the obligation to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.confindustriadm.it\/trasparenza\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong><em>trasparency<\/em><\/strong><\/a> introduced by the code of ethics of <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.confindustriadm.it\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Confindustria Dispositivi Medici<\/em><\/strong><\/a> for its members (in the pharmaceutical world, the publication of transfers of value has already been customary for some years for <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.farmindustria.it\/\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.farmindustria.it\/\" target=\"_blank\"><strong><em>Farmindustria<\/em><\/strong><\/a> members).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure
